The picture on the top of this page shows a 2,000 square foot project that started as an empty shell space and we worked with the owner and designer to build this first-class salon. The renovation project had an open ceiling with all exposed MEP ducts and piping. S.A. Casey Construction had to make sure all the MEP duct and pipe was run in an organized manner so it would look good in the open ceiling. And the picture above shows The Bahia Shrine Club who bought an existing building in Apopka for its new club location. They had previously been at a much larger location in Maitland for many years and were downsizing. The building was an old Ryan’s Steakhouse that had been renovated two times after Ryan’s left. We gutted the entire interior to build a new meeting room, restroom facilities, a kitchen bar and restaurant area, and administrative office area. The unique feature of this project was the folding partition that spanned 60’ long and had an egress door in the partition. We renovated the exterior parking lot including an asphalt overlay, striping, parking lot lights, and a new exterior covered patio for outside events. The entire renovation project was 8,500 square feet. 

We are a very diversified General Contractor that can help so many types of business. In the pictures that follow, first you will notice a 20,000 square feet renovation of a two-story building on the interior and exterior. This is one of our largest dollar value projects completed. We worked with GSA, the attorneys on the first floor, and the judges on the second floor to coordinate a massive project to be completed in only three months. We made exterior safety modifications with steel fencing, automatic gates, bullet proof glass, bullet proof walls, and bollards that will stop a dump truck going fifty miles per hour. The internal MEP systems were totally redone and all new walls and finishes were completed. We also installed a new steel staircase in the center of the building. Precise coordination was needed to be working in the many areas of the space and all of them having to be complete at the same time. Immediately following is a 2,000 square foot commercial renovation project. This was a public bid where we were the low bidder on the project located at the Turkey Lake Plaza on the Florida Turnpike. The area we were working in was the 24-hour command center where workers constantly monitored the Florida Turnpike for any issues or accidents. Our S. A. Casey Construction team and subcontractors worked all hours of the day to be as non-intrusive to the employee’s work environment. We had many temporary walls and protection to keep our construction away from the employees working. We replaced two large AC units in the space which required tremendous coordination amongst all involved. And most proud was we completed the project on time and under budget for the FDOT.
