BRANDON COMMERCIAL RENOVATION

Here we feature a renovated façade for HomeGoods that we completed in Kissimmee neighboring Brandon. The first picture above and below shows the final renovated product. Cultured Stone at the columns combined with EIFS trims make this newly renovated facade look so good.

Next came the process of sign removal. The sign needed to be carefully stored at the warehouse facility for installation at completion of the renovation.

With the sign removed, next came the initial metal framing to make the triangle shape top of the facade into a rectangular shape, to meet the new standards of Homegoods.

Once the metal framing was completed, we covered the metal studs with plywood for stability, ready for the Tyvek waterproofing and stucco.
