Here we feature a warehouse that we renovated in Orlando for Briggs Equipment, one of the largest dealers of industrial and construction equipment in North America.

The first picture above is an overview beginning with where we cut out for an opening in the existing tilt wall and installed an overhead door 20′ x 20′, and we also built a 20’ X 32’ long concrete ramp for vehicles and fork lifts, built a concrete stair, infilled 3 pit levelers with concrete, and removed 3 overhead doors and install storefront glass in those openings. The 20′ x 20′ overhead section door is secured inside the wall with steel.

In the following we show a close up of the overhead door with yellow bollards at the bottom of the ramp keep trucks and forklifts from doing damage to the railings and curb.

This large sectional overhead door has a motor operator due to the size. One unique fact about this is the requirement of fire sprinkler heads under the door when it is in the fully open position to protect the area from a fire.

This is a typical wall dividing the office area from the warehouse area in an industrial building. The hot water heater is always installed above the mop sink to drain into if there is ever a problem. The ADA bathrooms are for the warehouse workers along with an ADA drinking fountain. The tenant has installed their racking for storage of materials.

This is an area for their large training room where desks and employees will occupy soon. The dark red accent wall typically takes 4 coats of paint to cover fully. The VCT flooring is waxed for a durable surface. And there is the reception area with an accent red wall where the desk will sit in front of. A manager office sits off to the side.
