In her role as Director of Finance, Dana is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic guidance to the executive team. From budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis and ensuring the company’s financial health is secure and sustainable. She works closely with other departments to ensure that financial goals align with overall business objectives and is dedicated to identifying opportunities for growth and improving operational efficiency.

One key area of focus is managing cash flow effectively. This involves monitoring and forecasting cash inflows and outflows, negotiating payment terms with suppliers and subcontractors, and collecting payments from clients in a timely manner. By optimizing cash flow, we can ensure that we have the resources we need to invest in growth and maintain financial stability.
